Good News Assemblies

Near the end of each month there is an assembly that brings all Victoria staff and students together. Each month students work to demonstrate a character trait in addition to working hard at their studies and in the community. During the Good News Assembly, students receive certificates for their hard work and also present highlights of what they have been working on in class. We are often treated to musical interludes from Mrs. St Pierre and students alike. Each grade will have a chance throughout the year to share some of the excellent things happening in their classroom! Students can also earn Good News tickets through random acts of kindness, following rules and helping out others. Each assembly concludes with names drawn from the bucket for a small prize. The tickets in the bucket grow each month as all the tickets remain in the bucket throughout the entire school year.
